Registration Information

We ask that all prospective members fill out the membership application below.

All prospective members must be sponsored by a MVAGA Board Member.  Please see League Info.

​

Beginning in 2018, MVAGA dues will be $20.  

In order to qualify to join MVAGA, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  1. You graduated from MVHS/St. Louis in (indicate year in form below)

  2. My husband/wife _______ graduated from MVHS/St. Louis in (indicate name and year in form below)

  3. My son/daughter______ graduated from MVHS in _____(indicate name and year in form below)

  4. My father/mother ________ graduated from MVHS in ____(indicate name and year in form below)
